About
A technical architecture practice, deliberately small.
Caminobits works on Salesforce programmes that have grown large enough to be genuinely difficult: multi country data models, integration estates built over years, delivery that has slowed for structural reasons. Clients bring us in for the decision rather than for the headcount.
How we work
Senior by default.
Every engagement is led personally by our founder. There is no arrangement here where a senior architect wins the work and a junior team delivers it, which is the pattern many of our clients are trying to move away from when they call us.
Where an engagement needs more hands or a specialism outside the core, we bring in specialists we have worked with before, named and accountable for a defined part of the work. We would rather decline scope than staff it with people we cannot vouch for.
That shape is deliberate. It keeps the work small, senior, and accountable, and it means the advice is not shaped by a need to keep a bench busy.
Led by the founder
The person who assesses the problem is the person who does the work.
Specialists on demand
Development, Data Cloud, and integration specialists brought in by name when scope requires it.
Scoped by outcome
Engagements are defined by a constraint to remove or a decision to settle, not by a headcount over a period.
Built to hand over
Every engagement ends with your team able to carry the work forward without us.

Salesforce Technical Architect
Salesforce Technical Architect, and a software engineer before that. Sixteen years building systems where correctness was not negotiable: transactional integrity, reconciliation, audit trails, and integrations that had to hold under load and be explained afterwards. That grounding is what he brings to the platform, approaching a Salesforce problem as a systems problem, which changes what gets looked at first.
He started building software for Peruvian banks in 2009, moved to Europe in 2016, and has worked on Salesforce since. Developer, then team lead from 2017, then technical architect from 2020.
Between 2020 and 2023 he worked inside Salesforce Professional Services on customer programmes across Europe. The useful part was volume: seeing enough implementations to recognise which problems belong to one client and which are structural and will recur.
Caminobits was founded to do that work directly.
Most of what limits a Salesforce programme is not Salesforce.
Position
On AI in the Salesforce ecosystem
Agentforce solves real problems, and it is one part of the picture rather than the whole of it. The programmes that get the most from it are clear about which problems it is for. The larger near term gain is usually inside delivery itself, where general purpose models are further ahead and the work is easier to verify.
The useful skill is knowing which problems are agent shaped, which are pipeline shaped, and which are neither. That judgement is most of what we bring.
